Sushi Dessert
While preparing for a visit from my cousin and his family, I had an idea for a fun dessert. I was already planning on making rice krispie treats. I thought it would be cool to wrap rice krispie treats into something that looked like a sushi wrap. I thought a fruit roll-up would work, but was unable to find any green ones.
My wife had the idea of sprinkling the green sugar in the center.
The mock sushi was a hit. I think I can do a better job of rolling the rice krispie treat next time. However, I was pretty happy with the results.
