Eric Meyer at the Web Association
I had the pleasure of listening to Eric Meyer give a keynote speech at a Web Association event last night.
Eric Meyer is an international authority on Cascading Style Sheets. He has written numerous books on the subject, including reference manuals for O'Reilly.
His topic was 'Demystifying Web Standards' and came across as an educational and humourous journey through how we got to where we are now. He has quite a history with the world wide web.
The Web Association is a pretty interesting group as well. I believe I will see them again in August when they partner with NODMA for a presentation.
